These are my paintings from the workshop I attended at Mt Tamborine on 10 and 11 August, tutored by the talented artist Herman Pekel. I am excited to use the new techniques that I have learned, using oil and acrylic, on watercolour paper, oil sketch paper and canvas - very exciting!
The Western Suburbs Painting Group, of which I am a member, is having a group exhibition at the Old Friary, Brookfield Road, from now until 24 August, with an afternoon tea on Sunday 9 August from 2pm to 4pm, and an opportunity to meet the artists. Hope you can come along! |
